At Saheli Creation, we want each of you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange the items ordered. Hence, Our policy offers a generous exchange period after delivery only for company/Manufacturing damage. If you need to exchange for a second time, it must be done within 48 hours of delivery, with a shipping charges. Please note that only one time exchanges are allowed per order, and once a product has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for exchange second time.

To be eligible for a Exchange, the products must be in the same condition with Price tag and logo tag that you must have received in, unused, with proper tags and it should have its original packaging. You'll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched. However, in case you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, you can initiate Return / Exchange.
